How to fix a squeaky sound in engine belt on acura mdx 2002?

Also, whenever i play a high base song my passenger window rattles when all the way down so is there a way to fix it? PS: it only does the rattling when it is down not up...|||There should be some felt adjusters inside door/panel removed that can be adjusted to stop window rattle. Squeaky belt rub bar of soap on grooves in belt engine off. If squeak stops, replace belt if squeak continues may be a bad brg in alt. or other moving part.|||Rattle, have the window tracks adjusted

Squeak, sounds like the belt needs replacement or adjustment. There are two, power steering and a/c-alternator.

These belts usually last the drive service of the timing belt, if you are at 105,000 and have not had it done, get it done! My shop replaces the timing belt, water pump, coolant, and drive belts on that car for about 600$.

If you've had that done and not the drive belts then get the drive belts changed and make sure they're good quality.|||try a new belt if it doesnt work then its internal bearing noise from one of your pulleys and you can fix it or get a new componet. the window seals and dampers inside the door may be worn or the couple on the window that connects it to the motor is loose or worn.|||An old backyard trick to stop a squeaking belt is to take a bar of soap and put it against the sides of the belt, while the engine is idling.
