Can I put tires rated 103H on my 2005 Acura MDX?

Need new tires on my MDX... Size is 235/65/17. I found a good deal on a set of Goodyear Assurance Touring tires but they are rated 103H. I believe my vehicle calls for 103T. What would happen if I were to put the 103H on there instead?|||yes yo can put the tires on H rated tires have a higher speed rating than a T rated tire h rated tires will handle the road better than a t rated tire but you possibly get better milliage out of a t rated|||T speed rated tires are only safe to 118 MPH. H speed rated tires are good for 130 MPH.

The UTQG rating denotes expected tire wear. The higher the number the longer the tire is supposed to last.
