Is there a big difference between the 2003, 2004 and 2006 models of the Acura MDX?

I'm thinking about buying an Acura MDX and I'm wondering if I should try for a used one to save a little cash. I have no idea what's changed in the car over the past few years so any info would be appreciated.|||Acura usually does a new redesign every 4 to 5 years. In the time between, very minor changes are made.|||Very little change if any.|||this year, da door handle is alot shinier than last year
