My acura MDX 2004 has problem with the torque converter and the mounts, i recently got into a rear collision, can my transmission get worst due to this accident and how can i dispute this with the insurance please help?|||It CAN. But that is not something you can dispute through an insurance agency.
It CAN cause a lot of things, but they will only fix what they KNOW happened during the accident. If your trans was messed up before, it is just messed up now. That's not on your insurance company to fix.|||the mounts were probably broken from the accident the torque converter might not be it's a common problem and probably had had the problem with the t/c for awhile and didn't know it if you had the problem before the accident then insurance won't fix it their not that stupid|||i doubt it since you have a front wheel drive and it,s up by the engine.|||if yours is front wheel drive and you where hit up the back,no
